Walking in a Winter Wonderland A 30-acre tree farm in rural Pennsylvania was the setting for a memorable Harrisburg ICO (HICO) excursion on a chilly winter day. The HICO group--with kids from Sci-Tech, the Math Science Academy, and a church afterschool program--enjoyed a day exploring the farm and gathering materials for a festive activity. Seeing the Light and Feeling the Cold Minnesota ICO is proud to partner with the Hmong American Partnership (HAP), which has grown from a small organization focused on basic refugee resettlement issues to an established provider of comprehensive, culturally appropriate social services.
