National Outings

Donating to the Morley Fund

What is the Morley Fund? The Morley Fund was set up to help teachers and other educators who could not otherwise afford to participate on a National outing.

How do I donate? Please make donations payable to the Sierra Club-Morley Fund.

Send donations to: Sierra Club/Outing Dept., 85 Second St., 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105.

Are donations to the Morley Fund tax deductible? Unfortunately, no. Donations go directly to the Sierra Club--which, because of the Club's political lobbying efforts, is not considered a tax deductible charity.

If you are interested in making other tax deductible donations, see Donations and Contributions.

Thank you for considering a donation to the Morley Fund! The Sierra Club can use your contribution to help teachers get out into nature and bring the lessons they learn there back with them to the classroom.
