Dear President Clinton:
Don't let Congress get away with its sneak attacks on our environment. Please veto bills that have anti-environmental riders buried in them and work to end this ploy that allows Congress to attach unrelated and undebated legislation to spending bills. You are our last line of defense against riders that would eliminate or weaken clean air, water and public lands protections. We're counting on you to stop them.
