Coal Ash Aerial Video Footage: Straddling the Pennsylvania-West Virginia border, the Little Blue Run ash impoundment holds the millions of gallons of toxic coal waste generated each year by First Energy's Bruce Mansfield coal-fired power plant. At more than 1,000 acres there is nothing little about Little Blue, including the risk to nearby communities. The Little Blue Run Dam is one of 49 sites around the country designated at "High Hazard," meaning that if the dam were to breach it would result in probable loss of life.
