Step 3: Turn the jacket inside out, align the sides and pin them together. Measure about four and a half inches in from the edge (but don't overlap with the pockets). Pin and chalk a straight line, then sew. Later, when you turn the bag right side out, this will form the front seam of your bag with the two pockets facing out.
