Step 6: On each fish, mark a spot for an eye and another for the hole at the top where you will thread the fishing line. (You don't want your fish to tilt forward or backward, so first dangle them from the very tips of a pair of tweezers to find the best spot for the hole.) If you don't have a good surface to drill on, use a piece of wood.
