Seqoia and Kings Canyon National Park John Muir Sticker

This sticker commemorates John Muir's connection with Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks

The front contains the title referring to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks followed by a very nice John Muir quote:

"In every walk with Nature one receives far more than he seeks." - John Muir

On the reverse side, the sticker includes a brief biography of John Muir:

"Born in Scoland on April 21, 1838, Muir devoted his life to the study of the natural environment and teaching others to protect nature. His efforts helped create Sequia and Yosemite National Parks and inspired the expansion of America's national parks. In 1892, Muir and several supporters created the Sierra Club. Muir served as its president until his death in 1914."
